What is NETKleen?
Imagine being able to receive the emails free of spam, viruses and malware, everytime you hit SEND/RECEIVE on your PC or mobile device.
Now you can with with NETKleen, an external security filtering service that identifies and blocks out the junk that you don't want to reach you. Once you've established your NETKleen account, it is transparent and worry free.
NETKleen does not read your emails nor does it require to know your email password, your emails remain secure. NETKleen continually provides you with another layer of protection and is complimentary to all existing solutions supplied by either personal software or from your web hosting company.
By using NETKleen infrastructure, you will only receive legitimate emails and your mailbox will stays pure.
WITHOUT the NETKleen filtering service , most people access their eMails from their eMail server account(s)* in POP protocol and pull their messages to their device via a mail application such as Outlook. To access their account, a "login" and "password" is needed to identify themselves to the POP server.
Their existing POP server and/or desktop device may or may not have third party anti-SPAM software in-place.
WITH the NETKleen solution ,user eMail goes through several layers of security filters to identify and block the unwanted eMails (virus, spam, etc.). For the NETKleen solution to work on eMail programs, the POP server setting is replaced by filterme.netkleen.com. NETKleen does not need to know your email account password, we never store or view your eMails, so all your mail stays and remains private.

Who should use NETKleen?

This service applies to all users, consumers or professionals regardless of their email application (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) and the hardware (PC under Windows or Linux and MAC), Blackberry and cells phones etc.
Special Terms for Beta Test
You have agreed to participate in a special beta test version of the NETKleen Service. In addition to the terms and conditions below, the following special terms apply :
1. The beta test will begin when you first access the NETKleen Service and will end when terminated by NETKleen in its sole discretion (the "Beta Period").
2. The Beta Period is a testing period, and during this time there is an increased likelihood that features of the NETKleen Service may be added, removed or changed, or that the NETKleen Service may become unavailable.
3. By participating in the beta test and sending us feedback you will have an opportunity to earn points towards more free usage once the site moves over to the next phase. You may received up to 1 year free if you provide us feedback.
4. NETKleen hopes to, but does not guarantee, that it will launch a final, publicly-available service following the Beta Period. We will use reasonable efforts to keep you informed of our plans.
